Founder & CEO

As the founder of Let’s Talk W2W, Davetta is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. Through her own incredible journey, she has risen from the ashes like a phoenix, transforming challenges into strength and wisdom. This profound experience has deepened her understanding of the importance of women sharing their stories. With over three decades of experience in community building and entrepreneurship, Davetta is committed to fostering meaningful conversations that uplift and inspire women at every stage of life. As an ordained minister, and founder of Women of Vision Support Ministries, she continues to create spaces where women can connect, grow, and find strength in shared experiences.

Finance Director

Candance is the financial wizard behind Let’s Talk W2W, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a background in finance and a passion for supporting women’s empowerment, Candance brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, helping to drive our mission forward.

A dedicated mother and advocate for women, Candance is committed to using her skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the world. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find Candance spending time with her family, volunteering in her community. Candance is quick to put to use her organizational skills to coordinate events that support women’s growth and the sisterhood community.

Community Manager

As our Community Manager, Latoia is the glue that holds our vibrant community together. With a background in property management and entrepreneurship, Latoia brings a unique blend of professionalism and compassion to her role, ensuring that every member of our community feels valued and supported.
